The Dassault Falcon 2000S is the entry-level Falcon 2000 variant, sharing the airframe with the 2000LXS but with a shorter 3,350 nautical mile book range. For a Naples client who does not need a Toronto or Aspen nonstop and wants Falcon short-field manners at a lower price point, the 2000S is the right conversation.
Dassault certified the Falcon 2000S in 2013 alongside the LXS. The airframe is identical (66.3 feet long, 70.2 feet wingspan, 23.2 feet tall) and carries the same PW308C engines and inboard slats that give the LXS its short-field advantage. The differences are in fuel capacity and MTOW, which produce the 3,350 versus 4,000 nautical mile range split. Cabin is trimmed for 8 in a typical layout.

Why the Dassault Falcon 2000S Fits Naples
APF is a normal departure for the 2000S at most weights and temperatures thanks to the inboard slats. Where the 2000LXS is one of the few heavies that will honestly depart APF at MTOW on a warm afternoon, the 2000S is even more comfortable at APF because the fuel load is smaller by design. That is the practical Naples advantage of the shorter-range variant.
Range covers the top Northeast and Midwest inbound origins nonstop: TEB, HPN, BED, MMU, PWK, and PTK all fly at full cabin. Toronto and Aspen usually want a fuel stop. On the outbound side, the 2000S handles Nassau, Turks and Caicos, and Puerto Rico with easy margins.

Vetting Behind Every Trip
Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:
- FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
- Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates; reports may be provided on request.
- Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
- Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.
