About Naples Jet Charter

Naples Jet Charter, private aviation in Naples, Florida

Naples Jet Charter arranges private flights into Naples, Florida, Marco Island, and the broader Paradise Coast. We handle on-demand charter, group trips, pet travel, non-emergency air ambulance, cargo, and aircraft sales and management. We know the routes that come into APF, the season, and how the airport actually works.

We founded the firm in 2012 and we’ve been NBAA members ever since. The carriers we work with are FAA-certified under FAR Part 135, the federal rule set for on-demand charter operators (or the international equivalent on overseas legs). Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.

Why Most Naples Trips Use APF

Most of our Naples flights run through Naples Municipal Airport (APF, KAPF), a public-use city-owned field with two on-field FBOs: Naples Jet Center and Naples Aviation. From the FBO, the drive to Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Old Naples, Pelican Bay, the Ritz-Carlton, or the Naples City Dock takes five to fifteen minutes. There’s no commercial terminal to walk through. The car meets the aircraft, and the trip starts the way it should.

The main runway at APF (5/23) is around 6,600 feet. That handles light to super-midsize jets, the category we charter most often: Citations, Hawkers, Challenger 350s, Praetors, and the G280 class. Heavy and ultra-long-range aircraft like the G650, Global 7500, and Falcon 8X fly directly into APF as well. If the runway is contaminated or otherwise unsafe on the day, we may coordinate with the operator on an alternate field such as Southwest Florida International (RSW) in Fort Myers.

Honest About the Local Constraints

APF observes voluntary Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Federal rules don’t allow a hard curfew. The neighborhood is noise-sensitive, and Stage 3 aircraft are the preferred way in and out during that window. If a late landing or pre-dawn departure is part of your itinerary, RSW is often the more practical option.

Hurricane season runs June 1 through November 30 and peaks in September. Hurricane Ian made landfall just north of Naples in 2022; the community rebuilt, the airport reopened quickly, and the Pier is back. Forecasts firm up around 48 hours before a flight. Within that window, we work to accommodate any change to your departure time, subject to operator scheduling and aircraft availability. If any changes are required due to weather and passenger safety, you can expect your advisor to reach out as soon as we are aware to communicate promptly.

What “Vetted” Actually Means

We vet the operator and aircraft before we present quotes. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:

  • FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
  • Reviewing the operator’s subscription to the Wyvern and ARGUS systems, and reports may be provided when available at request
  • Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft

Built Around the Way Naples Flies

Naples is a seasonal town, so visitors from the Northeast and Midwest typically start coming down in November. The population grows by roughly 100,000 through April, and most of our Naples-bound traffic runs in that window. Teterboro, White Plains, Bedford, Morristown, Chicago Executive, and Toronto are the routes we run most often.

The off-season (May through October) is the locals’ season and the best-value window of the year. Pricing softens, stone crab opens in mid-October, and pickleball runs year-round.

A typical Naples trip looks like one of these:

  • A Port Royal or Aqualane Shores second home being opened for the winter
  • A Friday-to-Sunday arrival for the Naples Winter Wine Festival at the Ritz-Carlton, Tiburón
  • A member-guest tournament at Naples National, Quail West, Mediterra, or Talis Park
  • A jet-and-yacht pairing, with the flight into APF and the boat at the Naples City Dock
  • A multi-leg week pairing Naples with the Bahamas, Key West, Marco Island, or the Caribbean
  • A pet-traveling family heading down for season

Beyond the Flight

Trip planning in Naples can go past the flight itself. Your advisor can assist with making ground transportation arrangements, catering, and pet logistics. For international flights, the customs paperwork is coordinated with the operator and the receiving FBO.

For repeat clients, that single point of contact becomes the relationship. One text or one call, and we take it from there.
