Corporate retreats from Naples tend to land in a few familiar places: a private club for a partner offsite, a Caribbean villa for a leadership week, or a mountain town in winter. We arrange the group charter into and out of the retreat field, with the Naples-side leg through APF or RSW depending on the head count and aircraft.
Group Sizing the Right Way
Eight to twelve people fit cleanly in a heavy jet. Twelve to twenty fits a VIP airliner or a split between two midsize aircraft. Tell your advisor the head count and we’ll lay out the trade-off between cabin comfort, runway constraint at the retreat field, and price.
Privacy for Internal Discussions
Retreat travel is often the only window the team has for off-the-record discussions. The aircraft cabin is part of that window. Manifests, agenda materials, and ground transport at the destination are coordinated through one advisor; nothing leaks at the FBO.
Multi-Day Logistics
Where the retreat runs multiple days and the leadership team flies in and out on staggered schedules, we sequence the aircraft so the same operator covers the inbound and outbound legs. This holds quality and cuts coordination overhead.
Vetting Behind Every Trip
Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:
- FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
- Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates; reports may be provided on request.
- Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
- Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.
Naples-Specific Patterns We Plan Around
Hurricane season runs June 1 through November 30 and peaks in September. We work with you on schedule cushion and forecast windows when those months drive the calendar. If any changes are required due to weather and passenger safety, you can expect your advisor to reach out as soon as we are aware. APF observes voluntary Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 7 AM; for late-night arrivals or pre-dawn departures, Southwest Florida International (RSW) is often the more practical option.
