A typical party weekend is Friday morning departure, Saturday all-day at the destination, Sunday evening return. We size the aircraft to the head count plus the luggage (which is heavier than regular trips), and where the trip pairs two destinations (Nashville then Bahamas, for example), we sequence the legs to keep the group out of long ground waits.
Discretion at the FBO
Passenger names and the manifest are shared only with the operator and the crew on the trip. Boarding happens on the general aviation side at APF and at the destination FBOs, separate from the commercial terminal.

- FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 operators for airliner-size and regional jet group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs).
- Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates; reports may be provided on request.
- Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.

Naples-Specific Patterns We Plan Around
Hurricane season runs June 1 through November 30 and peaks in September. We work with you on schedule cushion and forecast windows when those months drive the calendar. If any changes are required due to weather and passenger safety, you can expect your advisor to reach out as soon as we are aware. APF observes voluntary Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 7 AM; for late-night arrivals or pre-dawn departures, Southwest Florida International (RSW) is often the more practical option.
