Weddings, honeymoons, and anniversaries are among the trips we arrange most often out of Naples. Whether it’s a Caribbean honeymoon, a wedding week in Europe, or a ceremony at home with family flying in, we handle the flights so the travel is the easy part of the day.
Honeymoon Pairings from APF
Short Caribbean hops out of APF or RSW work well from Naples, usually two to three hours to Nassau, the Exumas, Turks, or St. Barts. Your advisor coordinates customs paperwork on the outbound and inbound legs, and we can line up a ground vendor at the destination if you’d like.
European Wedding Weeks
Wedding-week travel to Italy, Provence, Greece, or Spain is typically a single-aircraft, multi-leg trip: arrive Wednesday or Thursday, ceremony Saturday, depart Monday. We can pair the outbound leg with the honeymoon that follows, all on the same operator contract.
Inbound Family for a Naples Wedding
When the wedding is at home, in Port Royal, Pelican Bay, the Ritz-Carlton Tiburón, or Mediterra, the family flies in from the Northeast, Midwest, Texas, or abroad. We arrange the inbound charter for each part of the family separately, on whatever schedule fits them.
Vetting Behind Every Trip
Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:
- FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
- Wyvern and ARGUS reports reviewed where the operator participates; reports available on request.
- Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
- Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.
Naples-Specific Patterns We Plan Around
Hurricane season runs June 1 through November 30 and peaks in September. We work with you on schedule cushion and forecast windows when those months drive the calendar. If a change is needed for weather or passenger safety, your advisor reaches out as soon as we are aware. APF observes voluntary Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, so for late-night arrivals or pre-dawn departures, Southwest Florida International (RSW) is often the more practical option.
