Naples Cigar & Smoking Cabin Charter

Most charter aircraft are non-smoking. Some operators run smoking-permitted cabins for cigar, pipe, and cigarette travelers. We match the trip to one of those operators when the request is in the booking. Cigar weekends out of Naples to Cuba (when policy permits), the Dominican Republic, and Nicaragua are familiar pairings, and so are private cigar dinners on the inbound leg.

Cigar Weekends and Pairings

The Caribbean cigar pairings are a Naples-favorable trip: short hops from APF, customs handling on the return, and an aircraft cabin set up for the smoke. Tell your advisor up front and we’ll lock the operator and the cabin together.

In-Cabin Setup

Smoking-permitted cabins are configured for ventilation and post-trip turnaround so the next leg’s cabin is clean. Not every aircraft tail in an operator’s fleet supports it; the specific aircraft for the trip is confirmed on the itinerary.

Pricing and Availability

Smoking-permitted cabins are a smaller pool than the general fleet. Book further in advance where you can, and tell your advisor the date flexibility window. Where the trip pairs with an international leg, customs notice and arrival fields are confirmed before booking.

Vetting Behind Every Trip

Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:

  • FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
  • Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates; reports may be provided on request.
  • Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
  • Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.

Naples-Specific Patterns We Plan Around

Hurricane season runs June 1 through November 30 and peaks in September. We work with you on schedule cushion and forecast windows when those months drive the calendar. If any changes are required due to weather and passenger safety, you can expect your advisor to reach out as soon as we are aware. APF observes voluntary Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 7 AM; for late-night arrivals or pre-dawn departures, Southwest Florida International (RSW) is often the more practical option.
